The Chanting Lesson

During this lesson, you will experience chanting instruction.

You will practice the chanting with me during the lesson. (We both have our eyes closed.)

You will learn how to practice a very simple chant.

You will be able to ask questions before and after the 11 minute chanting practice.

You will need
A comfortable place to sit, and comfortable clothing plus a blanket or extra layer of clothing if you’re someone who feels the cold.
