The meditation

During this lesson, you will experience meditation instruction.

You will practice the meditation with me during the lesson.

You will learn how to practice a simple and comfortable style of meditation that needs no specialist equipment, which also means NO APP!

You will be able to ask questions before and after the 20 minute meditation practice.

I will provide a comfortable place for you to sit, with your back and head fully supported

You will need
Comfortable clothing and a blanket or extra layer of clothing if you’re someone who feels the cold.
