Healthy Hot Chocolate

Try this DELICIOUS organic cacao powder from RealFoodSource
It’s my favourite because it makes a really silky cup of naturally low-calorie hot chocolate by just adding hot water and a sprinkle of Himalayan salt.

Adding a splash of hazelnut milk creates a creamy hot chocolate drink.

Great when you need a chocolate fix!

Try the recipe below for an indulgent hot chocolate with a twist.

Hot Cacao with Cardamom + Tahini (Vegan)

  • 1 mug of milk (I love Plenish unsweetened hazelnut milk)
  • 1 tbsp organic cacao powder
  • 1 tsp date syrup (optional)
  • 1 tsp tahini
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • A 1/4 tsp Himalayan Salt
  • A 1/4 tsp ground cardamom
  • Ground cardamom or cinnamon for garnishing

  • In a saucepan over a low heat combine all of the above ingredients.
  • Whisk continually until all is smoothly combined, beginning to bubble and appears frothy.
  • Sprinkle with a little cardamom or cinnamon.
  • Enjoy!
