How to manifest

  1. Remove blocks & limiting beliefs. (Havening Technique)
  2. Write out your goals.
  3. Create a Vision Board.
  4. Write out affirmations.
  5. Take time every day (at least once) to read out your affirmations and look at your vision board.
  6. Sit quietly for a few minutes to get in touch with how you feel about what you’re manifesting. This is a great time to meditate.
